Hybrid Birth Preparation for couples one weekend

Join my class:

Either In-House at Familienzentrum Wunderwerk, Löhestraße 14, Erlangen, Germany or as an Online Participant - you chose what suits you best!

 

You will learn all you need to know about how to effectively prepare for birthing your baby & Breastfeeding/Feeding and caring for your baby and the Baby-Moon-Time (first 40 days)

• Relaxation and breathing exercises
• Massages for providing support before and during labour
• how to create a positive birth environment and mental space
• all about natural birth
• pain relief options
• what you need to know if birth does not end naturally
• all you need to know about a good start into your breast-feeding time & relationship
• Post partum time and care in the first 40 days after birth
• Living with and caring for a newborn baby
